17 Reasons Why I Am Excited About Tokyo, Japan

Hello Lovers! So I’m pretty excited to announce that I’ll be heading over to Tokyo, Japan in just a few hours! It’s a last minute trip, I booked it 2 nights ago after long debates with myself. Flights were just too cheap to pass up, only by the time I decided to actually book them they went up, but I was already sold on Tokyo, as I have been researching Tokyo for the past 2 weeks whenever I had a chance.

At first I wasn’t sure what I’d really do in Tokyo, Japan, but after researching I realized that there is an endless list of things to do and see, that even if I went on a 2 week trip I’m not sure I’d be able to see everything I wanted and needed to see. So here are 17 things I am excited about seeing and doing in Tokyo, Japan.17 Reasons Why I Am Excited About Tokyo, Japan

Let’s start with Harajuku – my interest for Tokyo came to life originally when Gwen Stafani decided to get a Harajuku squad and make the whole world curious about Tokyo. I was one of those people.

I am super excited about the fashion in Tokyo. Tokyo has one of the coolest and badass fashion in the world.

Cafes – Tokyo has some of the strangest and coolest cafes, literally in the world. They have a cafe calledOwl Cafe where there are wild Owls flying around you, while you dine. There is also a cat cafe, dog cafe, lizard cafe to name a few. I’m not sure how animals work with the food business, but I’d love to find out. (Read & watch my owl cafe experience: CLICK HERE)

Japan is known for being one of the safest countries in the world and especially for women, so I’d love to feel that out.

Character food – Tokyo is also known for having the coolest restaurants that offer food that’s shaped as different characters! This is a must do! I just love that it’s totally socially acceptable to eat food in Hello Kitty shape food as an adult.

Robot Restaurant is everything and more! It’s an electric light show where you can enjoy dinner, cocktails and some crazy futuristic stuff and amazing costumes. Booked it for my first night!img_1202

I’m not a fish person, as an I don’t eat fish, but everyone keeps talking about the famous fish market of Tokyo and now I’m curious about it.
