I just got back from an amazing 48 hours in Las Vegas and I can’t wait to tell ya all about it!

Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas sign - This Is How You Should Spend 48 Hours In Las Vegas - Hofit Kim Cohen - Vanilla Sky Dreaming #vegas #lasvegas #vegasvacation

Vegas has always been one of my favorite destinations for so many reasons. There are amazing places to dine out, incredible shows, concerts, conventions, events, shopping, attractions, pools, spas, museum and the list goes on and on.

I can easily say that I’ve been to Vegas over 100 times and still, I never get sick of it because of the endless things to do! There is always something new opening up, something new to see and do.

So when Visit Las Vegas invited me on a last-minute spontaneous trip! There was no way I could say no — Vegas is clearly one of the greatest cities in the world, hands down!

Let me give you a run down on my perfect little 48 hours in Las Vegas getaway!

DAY. 1

3:30PM – I flew into Vegas and checked into the Park MGM which is Vegas latest and newest resort. The Park MGM is currently holding residency for Lady Gaga so if you’re a fan, check your local listing to see when she’ll be performing next because the commercial for her concert looks EPIC!

Although I didn’t get to see Lady Gaga in concert, I got to visit her beautiful museum/store at the hotel with all her amazing and out of this world outfits and accessories from red carpet looks to music video outfits! So worth going just for it! I swear! It was beautiful!

They also have the incredible Eataly dining expierence which is kind of like a farmer market for small Italian restaurants and since it’s truffle season — I think my entire trip, I lived off of Truffle cuisine but I’ll get back to that shortly…

4:30PM– After checking into the Park MGM, I got all freshen up and headed to the Bellagio, to see the beautiful fountain show which never gets old because their always changing the songs and this time around I danced my butt off to Bruno Mars because it’s just one of those songs you have to dance to lol. The Bellagio fountain show starts every 15mins on a rotation of different songs. So if you showed up at the end of it, don’t worry, it will start back shortly 😉

5:00PM – Then we headed inside the Bellagio to see the gorgeous gorgeous, wait, did I say GORGEOUS Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, that was my favorite theme they ever EVER did! EVER! It was incredible! I’d like to say the theme was India with a mix of Aladdin! WOW! I was so impressed and mesmerized, I swear I never wanted to leave lol. I kept taking pictures & videos and sending my mom a million Snapchat since she doesn’t live in the country anymore and loved that place so much!

5:45PM – Then we headed over to the Mandalay Bay to have dinner at Fleur by Hubert Keller which was such a beautiful dreamy restaurant! I ordered a cheese platter for the appetizer and the Potato Gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, sage, chestnuts, brown butter, parmesan and added truffle mushroom.

7:00PM – We headed to the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino to the Zappos Theater to see Florida Georgia Line live in concert! Last time I was there, I watched Britney Spears performance! The show started at 8:00PM and they were just incredible! So genuine and grateful and they pulled off an amazing performance! LOVED IT!

10:00PM – The show ended and well it was a long day for me, especially since I flown in! So back to the Park MGM to recharge for tomorrow!

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas - This Is How You Should Spend 48 Hours In Las Vegas - Hofit Kim Cohen - Vanilla Sky Dreaming #vegas #lasvegas #vegasvacation

DAY. 2

8:30AM – Early morning start to get to the “Welcome to the Fabulous Las Vegas Sign” sign because this place normally gets pretty crowded but luckily for us it actually didn’t take that long to get our pictures! It went by pretty fast! We got there at 9:00AM and by 9:20AM we were done!

9:45AM – Next, we headed to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas (one of my faves!) to have breakfast & a gondola ride.

10:15AM – We had breakfast at Chica in the Venetian. Super yummy! Had my normally egg whites, avocado, iced coffee and healthy ginger shot.

11:00AM – We headed towards the outdoor gondola ride. There are actually 2 routes for the gondola ride. There is an indoor and an outdoor one. I think the indoor one is cooler but I decided that for photos purposes the outdoor one is better, since it’s natural lighting. You can get tickets for it both indoor and outdoor and the driver actually sings to you in Italian! How cool is that 😉

11:30AM – We headed to the Caesars Palace Forum Shoppes for a bit and then back to the Park MGM to get prepared for our eventful evening!

4:30PM – We headed over to Eataly to have dinner and ate at La Pizza e La Pasta and I had the Agnolotti al Tartufo which had black truffle, ricotta, grana padano, housemade white truffle butter…I told you guys, truffle party 🙂 and later on in the night I had truffle fries haha

5:30PM – This week was super special in Vegas because the PBR – Professional Bull Riding World Finals 2019 was taking place! I’ve done many things in my life but I’ve never been to a bull-riding competition, so I didn’t know what to expect. It took place at the T-Mobile Arena right outside of Park MGM. We went to roll call to pick up our tickets and watched the Chevel Shepherd – Live Concert on the Party Zone Stage at Toshiba Plaza.

PBR - Professional Bull Riding World Finals 2019

6:40PM – The competition took place at expect 6:40pm, lol odd timing but it was live on national TV, ESPN. This was the PBR World Finals – Round 2 Performance. The world’s top 40 riders were there from all over the world; the USA, Canda, Brazil, etc. This show/competition was insaneeeee! I loved it! It was SUPER intense! I literally didn’t know what to expect like I said earlier, I wasn’t sure if I would love it or hate it, but honestly, I freakin LOVED IT! It was my favorite thing we did! It was wild, crazy, funny, intense all at once.

The bull riders have 0.08 seconds to stay on the bull, if they do they get ranked for it, if they fall before the 0.08 seconds they are disqualified.

At first, the first three riders pulled it off SO WELL! I thought everyone can do it… I guess you can say, they almost made it look easy, but right after them, almost every rider couldn’t keep up. Men were getting disqualified from left to right! It was insane! I was super into it! I would definitely do it again!

8:30PM – At around 8:30pm we left the arena because we had tickets to my favorite show in Vegas, LOVE a Cirque du Soleil and a tribute to The Beatles, which is one of my favorite bands of all time. The show began at 9:30PM but we had to get transportation to The Mirage. I’ve seen the show 4 times before this but it’s definitely been many years since and since then, they changed a lot of things which was exciting because it definitely gave me something to look forward to.
