Ever wanted to see how milk and cheese are made? The Heber Valley Creamery is the place to do it! Took a tour to see how it’s all made. They make several types of cheeses and bottle raw milk at the Canyon View Farm. They also have ice cream and other products in their store. I’ve gone to a few of these around the world and it’s really nice to see the process of how cheese and milk is made.
